Following the success of TCP Asia-Pacific Fund I, TCP Asia-Pacific Fund II is now open for institutional and sophisticated investors. A PDS feeder, the TCP Private Debt Income Fund (“PDIF”), is also available for retail investors and those investing through platforms.
The Funds provide access to a diversified portfolio of sub-investment grade Asia-Pacific corporate loans with a focus on Australia/NZ.
With an aim to provide investors with strong, recurring cash flows, whilst ensuring appropriate capital protections are maintained.
TCP’s disciplined and selective approach covers performing credit, including senior secured loans, complemented by adjacent mezzanine and subordinated investments.
